Pricing policy
Prices shown on service and product pages are starting or catalogue amounts stored in paise. The amount payable at checkout is calculated on the server from the live catalogue, materials, GST, platform fee, coupons and wallet, and may differ from the catalogue figure.
GST is applied using the rates configured in admin. Until GSTIN is entered in settings, tax still follows the configured rate but invoices will show the placeholder legal entity.
Emergency or same-day slots, extra materials approved on site, and repeat visits for issues outside the original scope can change the total. Any extra amount is quoted in the booking before a further capture.
